Time Share Personal Training (6, 1.5-hr classes)

Want to SAVE MONEY & GET FIT at the same time?  Time Shared Personal Training is your answer. Here’s how it works – the trainer’s costs are shared amongst a small group, maximum of 6 participants.  You get 1 assessment session and 5 scheduled workout sessions.  This total of 6 sessions is equal to 2 sessions paid at a health club.  Included is a fitness assessment based on protocols established by Dr. Kenneth Cooper, leader of the international physical fitness movement, nutritional/dietary information and a customized workout based on your goals and needs.  Sign-up to save & sweat.
