Mix Fit (6, 1-hr classes)
Experience fitness throughout time – yoga from the 60’s, traditional low impact aerobics from the 70’s, kickboxing (made simple) from the 80’s, Pilates from the 90’s, strength training for the millennium, and the mystery of fitness in the future. No experience necessary.
Notes: 1. 60’s – Yoga, 2. 70’s – Low impact aerobics, 3. 80’s Kickboxing (basic, low tempo), 4. 90’s Pilates, 5. 00’s Strength Training, 6. Future – Balance, Reaction Time & Coordination (NMR).
