Golf BLISS™ (6, 1-hr classes)

You will learn the principles developed by Class A LPGA Pro Jamie Zimron, 5th Degree Aikido Black Belt, Sport Psychologist and Body-Mind Expert (and a Wisconsin native).  This sport-specific class also includes traditional strength training and stretching exercises to improve your game.  The combinations of movements are designed to improve neuromuscular coordination in addition to strengthen your muscles and improving your range of motion by increasing your flexibility.  Come join the bliss to make your golf game dynamic.
