Top Reasons on Why I Need to Take a Self Defense Class
Did you know that HOMICIDE was the leading cause of pregnancy-associated deaths in Massachusetts from 1990 to 1999 according to a 2002 study in the Journal of the American Medical Women’s Association? Or that 57% of pregnant women who died of trauma in Chicago from 1986 to 1989 were murdered according to Chicago’s Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.
I wanted to know how I could motivate women to take a self defense course, so I decided to ask them. The following reasons come from my fitness clients and visitors to my booth at a local health fair:
