Utilizing the stability ball, this workout
focuses on the core-abdominals and back in almost every exercise.
The ball provides challenges to traditional exercises (i.e.:
crunches and leg extensions) in the areas of balance, resistance
and flexibility.
Note:
Participants provide their own stability ball for each class…no
storage available.
